How do I place an order online?

This is very straight forward, place any items you wish to order in your shopping cart.
When you are ready, please choose the correct delivery option for your area from the drop down list
You can then choose the checkout button or go straight to checkout with paypal.
If you go to checkout, choose your payment option.  Paypal or cheque/Postal Order,Klarna or Pay with Amazon.
Fill in any required fields..

Once payment has been completed , allow the browser to redirect you, if you close the browser too early, the payment will fail. If you have any problems,or something doesn't seem to work correctly, please contact me so I can help.

Can I place an order by post?

Yes you can, if you wish to , you can either order online and print off your order, if you choose the cheque  payment option. Or just send your order in with payment to the following address (making sure you enclose address details etc)

How much is the postage?
For small items such as jewellery, accessories, belts etc, For the UK,the postage starts at just £1.50 for 2nd class via Royal Mail and £1.95 for first class.
International orders are all sent tracked or signed for.
Most items over 1kg will be sent via courier.

Due to the rise in postal prices, a lot of the bulky or heavier items will be affected, but one postal cost will cover an order of many items up to a weight of 20kgs, so you can have lots of items for one postage price .
If you are unsure of any postage costs, you can add items to your basket and choose a delivery option, this will give you a postage price .
You can remove any unwanted items from your basket by clicking the little red cross.

How soon will I receive my order ?

All orders are processed in strict rotation, whether you choose first class or second class delivery, as this is the delivery service your order is sent on, once despatched (not the despatch service).
I aim to send out orders within 3 working days , but it is normally sooner.

I am an international customer, can I place an order?

Yes , you can, but please remember to choose your correct delivery option and also to make payment via paypal.
Note : recipients are responsible for any custom charges.

Do I need a Paypal Account to pay via Paypal?

No, you do not need a Paypal account, you just need to have a credit card and an email address.

Can I pay another way?

You can pay with a cheque or postal order , made out to Debzcrafts. Or choose Klarna or Pay with Amazon.

I don't see what I am looking for? Can you help?

If I don't have what you are looking for, please contact me , as I may be able to source a product for you.

The product I would like is out of stock?

If a product is out of stock , you have the option of either emailing me direct to let you know when the product is back in stock , or in the product description, you can enter your email address, and you will be informed when the product is back in.

I have made a mistake/changed my mind, can I change my order?

If you contact me as soon as you can, then you can have your order changed to what you wish it to be

What happens if I decide I wish to return an item? 

If you wish to return an item, either because you have changed your mind or you don't think the item is suitable for the purpose you want, please contact me first. You will be responsible for any return postage and you can either have a credit note or a refund of the cost of the item excluding postage .The item must be in the same condition as received and in the original packaging. 

What if the item is damaged?

If , unfortunately, you receive a damaged item, please contact me as soon as possible and we can try to resolve the problem together. If possible please provide a photograph, so I can make a claim.
