Terms and Conditions
My main aim is to keep the customer happy.
Any problems or questions please contact me.
Postage and packing may vary on certain items, but all will be displayed.
Payment is accepted by several means, choose which suits you.
Items will be dispatched as soon as possible after payment has been cleared.
RETURNS:
All item can be returned, at customers own expense, within 7 days of receipt, if damaged, please contact me first, damaged items must be sent back in original packaging.
REFUNDS:
Some items are non returnable eg: body jewellery so are therefore non-refundable unless damaged(see Returns)
Refunds will be given for the price of the item excluding post and packaging.
POSTAGE:
All items will be sent by first class mail, unless another option is chosen.
I cannot be held responsible for items lost in the post.
If you live locally, you may collect your item, therefore not incurring any postage.
I reserve the right to change or delete item prices/description/availability at any time.
If you do not want certain personal details kept, then please let me know.
