How they work.
Hold buckle at the outside of ankle,wrap muleo around the back of your ankle.
Keeping the buckle end at your ankle, wrap the other end over the top of your instep and then under the sole of the shoe,on the outside near the heel.
Bring the end over your instep to finish up at the buckle. 
These are easy to adjust if needed, if they are too long, trim with scissors,making sure enough is left to go through the buckle.
Need them tighter? Poke one or two more holes in the strap.
